E-commerce growth

I work on three numbers inside your store before any increase in ad spend: average order value, stock turnover, and return by channel.

Who this is for

Owners of online stores in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, on Salla or Zid (Saudi e-commerce platforms), Magento or OpenCart, who are already selling and want to earn more from the same traffic.

Why I start inside the store

Raising the ad budget is the easiest decision and the most expensive. Before it there are cheaper questions: how much does a customer buy per order? Which products are freezing capital in the warehouse? Do your products even appear in Google Shopping?

These figures come from my own records and CV and have not been audited by a third party. One store's results do not guarantee the same for another.

Defined pieces of work

How the work runs

  1. Read the data

Store sales by product and category, stock movement, and where orders come from.

  2. Pick the lever

Which of the three numbers gives the most effect for the least cost: basket, stock or channels.

  3. Plan and carry out

Bundles and offers, re-categorization, a product feed for Merchant Center, or a targeted campaign, with your team or with me.

  4. Measure and review

We measure margin per order, not only order count, and review what continues and what stops.

Common questions

Does this suit a small store?

It suits a store with regular sales and enough data to read. If the store is in its first weeks, the priority is the offer and the product, and I will tell you so.

Do you manage the ads as well?

I review them and set their plan as part of the work. Day-to-day management stays with your team, or we agree on it separately.

Do I have to cut prices to move slow stock?

Not necessarily. A blanket discount burns margin. Read: Moving slow stock with your own data.
