Looking for a digital marketing agency? Execution with one lead, judged by sales
From reports that count posts and clicks, to one person who answers to you for the ads, the design and the store together, and whom you hold to orders and sales every month.
I lead an execution team that runs your ads on Google, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, designs your content, builds your site or your store on Salla or Zid (Saudi e-commerce platforms), and handles SEO and product photography and video. I write the scope and assign the work, and the team delivers it as set in the written scope. At the end of each month you get a one-page report from me that puts what was delivered next to orders and sales.
From my work: I've managed about USD 4M in Google Ads spend, cumulatively, on the HungerStation and LINE Live projects in 2018–2019, as project-based work through Kharabeesh.
Hire a marketing agency and you usually buy departments: a designer, a media buyer, a store developer. Each does good work in their lane, and none of them is asked about sales. I lead the execution team myself, so there's one person accountable for the result, and it's me.
Is this what you need?
- We deal with a designer, an ads person and a store developer separately, and when something slips, each one points at the others.
- The agency sends a polished report every month, and it never says how many orders the ads brought in.
- The Salla store works, the ads run, and nobody connects the two.
- We want someone to do all of it for us, but we don't want to lose our accounts and files if the contract ends.
- We don't have an in-house marketing team, and we don't want to hire a whole one just to get started.
This is for you if you are
A Salla or Zid store that wants it done for them
The store is live or about to be, and needs ads, designs, product photos and SEO, with one person to ask about orders.
A company that has compared agency proposals
You want the same execution, but with one accountable lead, a written scope, a fixed fee, and accounts that stay in your name.
A business starting digital marketing from scratch
No store yet and no ad accounts, and you want to start in the right order: the store and tracking before the first riyal goes on ads.
Why it happens
Three months into a contract with a digital marketing agency, you have a folder of good-looking designs, a report on reach and engagement, and a store where nothing has changed. Nobody slacked. The designer designed, the media buyer launched the campaigns, the developer fixed what was asked. But none of them owned the one question you care about: how many more orders?
My view is that the problem is rarely the quality of the work. It's that the work has no head. So I run it one way. Each month I open the order export before the ad report, because the first one is what reaches your bank. Then I write the scope myself and hand it to the team I lead, which delivers as set in the written scope. If a TikTok ad sends people to a Salla product page that hides the shipping cost, that's my mistake, not the designer's and not the media buyer's.
I won't call this an agency or a company, because it isn't one. It's a consultant leading an execution team, on a written scope, for a fixed monthly fee, with the accounts in your name. Before you sign with me or anyone else, ask these five questions and judge the answers, not the pitch deck.
| Question | An answer that should reassure you | An answer that should stop you |
|---|---|---|
| Whose name are the ad accounts and store created in? | Yours, on your company email, with Admin on your side (Full control on Meta) | "We'll set them up and give you view access" |
| How is the fee worked out? | A fixed, written fee set by the scope | A percentage of ad spend, so the fee grows when spend grows, not when sales do |
| What number do I hold you to? | Completed orders or qualified customers, next to spend | Reach, engagement and clicks on their own |
| Who answers to me if something slips? | One named person who makes the calls and owns them | "Your account manager will follow up with the relevant team" |
| What stays with me if we stop? | The accounts as they are, plus the files the scope names | "We hand over the accounts once the last invoice is settled" |
Anyone who answers all five like the middle column, firm or freelancer, is worth a trial.
What I do, in order
I read what you have before I propose a scope
Your store or site, your ad accounts if they exist, and your order export for the last three months. That tells me where the work starts: sometimes the ads, often the store itself, because an ad that sends a visitor to a product page with weak photos and no visible shipping cost is paying for a visit that won't buy.
I write the scope on one page
What the team delivers each month, with numbers: platforms and campaigns, designs and videos, store pages, SEO work, photo shoots. Then the number you'll hold me to, whose name each account is in, and the fixed monthly fee. Nothing starts until you've signed off on that page.
Store and tracking before the first campaign
On a Salla or Zid store, the team reviews product pages, categories and images, and connects the store to the ad platforms so no order is counted twice inside a platform, and every platform's figures are checked against the store's own orders. SEO work happens inside the store too: product titles, descriptions and categories, with Search Console monitored. If deeper indexing problems show up, I start with a technical SEO audit before any new content. If products will run in Shopping ads, Merchant Center setup comes first. And if you haven't picked a platform yet, see Salla or Zid.
Shoots and content for what actually sells
Products are shot and written up for where they'll appear: short vertical video for Snapchat and TikTok, clean images for the product page and the product feed. I decide with the team which products get shot first by margin and stock, not by what would look best on the page.
Ads run weekly, under a profit ceiling
I work out with you the most you can pay for an order before you lose money, after product cost, shipping, payment fees, cash-on-delivery refusals and returns, and spend on every platform is managed under that line. You can run the numbers yourself in the campaign profit calculator. Before Ramadan and White Friday I recheck the ceiling and the creative together, because a discount changes the margin and the message at the same time.
One report at month end, written by me
What was delivered against the scope, what each platform spent, how many orders came and what each cost, what I stopped, and what changes next month and why. I write it, not the team, because I'm the one you hold to it, and you go through it with me in a short online meeting.
What you receive
- A one-page written scope: what gets delivered each month, with numbers, the figure you hold me to, and the fixed monthly fee
- Ad management on the agreed platforms among Google, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, with tracking set up so no order is counted twice inside a platform, and every platform's figures are checked against the store's own orders
- Designs, content, product photos and videos, in the quantities set in the scope
- Your site or store built or improved on Salla or Zid, and ongoing monthly SEO work
- A one-page monthly report I write myself, and an online meeting to go through it
- Ad accounts and store in your name, with Admin access on your side (Full control on Meta)
What I need from you
- You hold Admin on your ad accounts and your store (Full control on Meta). If you don't have accounts yet, they're created in your name with your company email, and you then give the team access to work in them
- Your approximate margin per product category, and cash-on-delivery refusal and return rates if you know them
- The products, or samples, for shooting, as set in the written scope
- One person on your side who approves designs and answers questions, and a weekly update on order status if it isn't automated from the store
What this does not cover
- The ad budget itself, paid to the platforms directly
- A guaranteed sales figure or a guaranteed position in search
Once I've worked with you, you will be able to
Details
- One person to ask about the ads, the design and the store, instead of three who pass the question around.
- Know each month how many orders each platform brought, what they cost, and whether that's under the line where you make money.
- Spend, shoots and design go first to the products that make money.
- If the work ever stops, your accounts stay with you, so whoever comes next doesn't start from zero.
From my work
I've managed about USD 4M in Google Ads spend, cumulatively, on the HungerStation and LINE Live projects in 2018–2019, as project-based work through Kharabeesh. At Argan Package in Saudi Arabia, where I worked from April 2024 to December 2025 (manager, then consultant) alongside my CoderZ role, I led a team of eight and built its playbooks for the ad platforms: X, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok. That was the company's own team, not the execution team I lead today.
Questions
Are you a marketing agency?
No. I'm not a registered company and I'm not an agency. I'm a marketing consultant who leads an execution team, and I'm the one accountable to you for its work. You work with me on a written scope, for a fixed monthly fee set by that scope, and your ad accounts and store stay in your name.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee set by the scope: how many platforms and campaigns, how many designs and videos, and what the store needs. It isn't a percentage of your ad spend, so I gain nothing from you spending more, and you have it in writing before anything starts. If you already run Google Ads and want a smaller first step, the account audit for online stores has a fixed price of SAR 500 and shows you where the money goes before you decide.
How is this different from your Google Ads management?
Google Ads management is one account that I run myself, every week. This is wider: more ad platforms, plus design, content, the store, shoots and SEO, delivered by the team I lead, with me still accountable and still writing the report. If a Google Ads account is all you're missing, the first one is enough.
Why choose you over a marketing agency?
I won't tell you that you should. If you need several departments running large campaigns at once, an agency is the better fit. If you want the person who makes the calls to be the same person you hold to the result, that's what I offer. The full comparison is in Marketing Consultant vs Agency vs In-House.
Do the accounts stay mine if we stop?
Yes, because they're in your name from day one. The team works inside your accounts with access you grant, never in accounts it creates for itself. If the work stops, you remove that access and everything stays where it is. Any files you receive are as set in the written scope.
When will I see results?
The early part goes to reading the data, fixing the store and tracking, and building campaigns, while the platforms learn from the new data. I don't promise an early jump. I do promise that the first monthly report shows you where money was leaking and what changed.
