Marketing and sales pipeline audit

I follow each dollar from the ad to the collected payment and identify the link where it is lost. An audit for companies in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Who this audit is for

  • You spend on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat and the reports look good, but sales do not move in proportion.
  • You get plenty of leads; sales says they are weak, marketing says sales does not follow up.
  • You cannot answer with confidence: what did the customer who actually paid cost us?

Why auditing the ad account alone is not enough

Most audits stop at the edge of the platform: keywords, targeting, ads. That is half the picture. The account can be in good order while the money is lost after it, in response time, in a call that only repeats the price, or in a CRM that never records why a customer was lost. So I examine both sides together.

What I examine

  1. Tracking and conversion definitions

What actually counts as a conversion, and whether GA4, Google Tag Manager and the pixels measure the same thing.

  2. Ad accounts

Search terms, match types, Performance Max, location targeting, the brand versus non-brand split, and bidding strategy.

  3. Landing pages and the offer

Whether the page answers the question the ad raised, and whether the form asks only for what is needed.

  4. The lead's path in the CRM

Response time, lead ownership, follow-up stages, and what is recorded about why a deal was lost.

  5. The quality of the sales conversation

Whether the salesperson finds out what the customer needs before the price. Read: What to find out before quoting a price.

  6. The financial reading

Separating registered, outstanding and actually collected amounts, so budget decisions rest on real cash.

What you receive

  • A report ranked by impact: what to fix this week, what needs a month, and what is not worth the effort.
  • Evidence for every finding: a capture from the account or the CRM, not a general opinion.
  • A walkthrough session with the decision maker and the marketing and sales teams.

The length of the audit is set after I see the size of the accounts and the number of channels. I need read-only access to the accounts and the CRM.

My experience with this kind of work

I have managed about USD 4 million in Google Ads cumulatively, on the HungerStation and LINE Live projects, and today I work on a full path from ad to enrollment at CoderZ, where I helped build the CRM frameworks and follow-up standards with the sales team.

Common questions

Do you carry out the fixes or only write the report?

The audit ends with a report and a walkthrough. Your team can carry out the fixes, or we agree on that as separate work.

We have no CRM. Is the audit still useful?

Yes. I examine what you actually use, even a spreadsheet or WhatsApp chats, and propose the simplest structure that records what happened to every lead.

Do you work with companies outside Jordan?

Yes. I work remotely, and my experience in the Saudi market goes back to 2014.

What if the account turns out to be fine?

I say so. An audit that finds nothing is a useful result, because it points the search toward sales, the offer or the price.
