When will I hear back?
Usually within two working days, using the contact details you gave in the form. If it's urgent, WhatsApp is faster.
Does the first conversation commit me to anything?
No. After a first conversation I send a written scope with what I'll do and the fee, and the decision is yours. If what you need isn't something I do, I'll say so at the start; it saves us both time.
What do you do with my details?
I use them only to reply to you, and I don't add you to any mailing list. The detail is in the privacy notice.
